MUNICH (dpa/lb) – A swan was killed in Munich and thrown into the canal of Nymphenburg Palace. On Monday, police said three men used force against the animal’s neck, according to witnesses. Then the lifeless bird floated into the canal and the firefighters pulled it out of the water. Officials filed a complaint about animal cruelty and launched an investigation.
