Big recall of canned salads due to premature spoilage – a healing practice

Early spoilage: many ready-to-eat salads are recalled

The Federal Bureau of Consumer Protection and Food Safety and the manufacturer of tender salads provide information on a comprehensive recall of several ready-made salads. It is clear that yeast has found its way into individual products, which can lead to premature spoilage of goods and odor perversions. Therefore, we advise not to eat the salads.

As a precaution to protect consumers, HOMANN Feinkost GmbH recalls many types of canned salads from the brands HOMANN, Gut & Billig and K-Classic. Homann products are offered by many supermarket chains throughout Germany.
