Tripsdrill’s Wildlife Paradise Animal Nursery

Wildparadies Tripsdrill, Cleebronn: With so many animal species at Wildparadies Tripsdrill, there are currently young animals to admire – from cute shades to cheeky babies to Halia’s tiny bald eagle, hand-raised by falconers. Therefore, private tours with the Game Moderator are offered on June 17-24 and July 1st.

Trips to baby animals

Spring is the time of year when most animals give birth to their young – this is also the case in the wildlife paradise of Tripsdrill between Heilbronn and Stuttgart. Only recently were calves born in the fallow and Dybowski deer. They follow their mothers through the enclosure on short legs. The first cubs of red deer and animal saw the light of day in May. With a little luck and patience, you can see the little wild kittens born in April crawling through the bushes with their parents. The offspring of oxen, yak, pygmy goats, and centipede sheep are much older. Here the offspring arrived in early spring. The first free-living white storks hatch at the beginning of May. After only three months, they will be able to fly and circle over the Tripsdrill area. There has also been breeding success with their rarer relative, the black stork – the first small bird to hatch from an egg at the end of May. The hand-bred hawk-headed white eagle “Halia” is a crowd favorite. Due to the great interest in small animals, the game director will take visitors on Fridays 17 and 24 June and 1 July in the evenings “Tours to the Small Animals”. Tickets are available for EUR 8.00 (for adults and youth aged 12 and over) or EUR 6.00 (for children aged 4-11 and older over 60) exclusively in the Tripsdriller online store. The program includes admission to Wildlife Paradise from 5pm and a guided tour with the Game Director from 6:30pm.
